In my photos, I wish to express something that is hiding from our eyes, that is hard to perceive, things that have no definite shape — gentleness, compassion,
love, consideration, serenity, harmony, enthusiasm, hope, fighting spirit, prayer, awareness, vitality...
Also, I want to reveal a glimpse of the beauty exceeding imaginary of this part of the Universe we are living in, that is Earth.
Please look at the stars, at the sun, at the moon, at the sky, please take a look at the mountains and seas, rivers and rocks, lands and forests, trees and flowers, clouds and winds. Take a look at the living beings around you and at yourself too.
In my works, I would like to portray the beauty of the people living in this very moment.
I want to show you how fresh the air is, to express my gratitude for this fulfilling moment.
Looking back at the past, I remember my beginnings as a photographer. I kept running, full of enthusiasm, dreaming of making beautiful and realistic photos using my equipment skills. It was a time for discoveries, when I travelled the world alone in search of my own stories, aspiring for new experiences : the United Kingdom, France, Finland, India, Australia, New Zealand, Alaska, Boston, New York, Bolivia, Peru..
An old man going for a walk, a parent and child holding hands, a couple, a running boy, a little girl on a swing, people crossing the street, a simple field of dandelions...
I became aware that even in an ordinary moment that would be probably missed, there is life, there is harmony, there is a message, there is a story.
"Am I aware of the world around me?"
This question can be asked not only by a photographer, but also by all of us. I'm wondering if that would be the way to enjoy life..

Is it about walking around Japanese sacred places, or capturing the mouvements of the Masters athletes — at present, I wish to depict Japanese culture, history, tradition, spirit and nature in my own way. I believe that is my mission.

How about living every day peacefully, without conflicts, loving the Earth, loving life?
Please let me represent such reality in my photos.
